Each Console Cloak has been hand crafted and individually inspected before fast travelling to you.
Disclaimer
Please remember to remove the product before switching on your console, as failing to do so may result in overheating or other damage. We do not take responsibility for any resulting damage. Although the canvas is waterproof, please note that the Console Cloak itself is not, as it is not completely sealed. All safety regulations as stipulated by the manufacturer of you console remains effective. All terminology used in the text of the website are related to electronic gaming and should not be regarded as literal terms.
Shipping Policy
All shipping prices are included in the product price which is only applicable to South Africa. Any orders outside South Africa will pay an extra fee on top of the standard product price which will be calculated after the purchase has been completed. This extra cost will be sent as an individual invoice and needs to be paid before dispatch will commence. Standard shipping regularly takes 5-10 working days, however, this differs depending on the location and the accessibility of the delivery address. We do not take responsibility for delay from the courier service.
Return Policy
We will gladly replace any console cloak within 6 months of manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect will be regarded as a product failing to service the purpose in which it was created. The purpose of the console cloak is to protect the gaming console from dust. Any other damage such as fire damage, cuts or any other human inflicted damage to the cloaks will not be replaced. It is the responsibility of the cloak owner to take care of their cloak. A Console cloak will also be replaced if we send the wrong product as to what was ordered online. No extra cost will be charged in this case.
